Registration Instructions
To register for an Online Account, the company must fulfill the following criteria:
- A legally incorporated and licensed company recognized by the South Sudan Revenue Authority (SSRA).
- A legally incorporated company having a valid import or distribution permit (non-expired) issued by the Ministry of Health
- A legally incorporated company having an export permit (non-expired) from the country of origin (if the company is not based in Republic of South Sudan
To register for an Online Account, please submit the following valid documents and information in your email to the Ministry of Health [email address]:
- A copy of the company incorporation/registration (from Republic of South Sudan or the Country of Origin)
- A copy of the Import or Distribution permit issued by the South Sudan Revenue Authority (SSRA)
- A copy of the manufacturing and Export Permit from the Country of Origin (if the company is not based in Republic of South Sudan)
- The Full name of an authorized and trusted representative of the company, as the contact person. His/her official Email address, and his/her HP Number. The contact information must be accurate, as it is used for OTP when using the platform.
